Seminar METHEXIS – on site sensitivity and it’s Entanglements ll: from Methexis to Praxis
Excursion as discourse
We met in a place known as Hydra, a car-free island southwest of Athens, where the international art-jetset merges with tourism and tradition. Together with Marina Fokidis and accompanied by Pip Day and other guests we explored the place in relation to the idea of site-sensivity. Our discourse was nourished not only by concepts such as the third place (Michel Serres) or the term Methexis but also by the very experience of spending time on Hydra and swimming in the sea.
With Hara Shin, Lisa Hoffmann, Anna Petzer, Marina Höxter, Claudia Malecka, Dariia Kuzmych, Yoonjoo Lee und Florian Goldmann.
Foyer next to R128, R129.
