Each month, a group of women* will meet in the lounge of be‘kech to talk about topics, taboos and stories that matter to women*’s lives, bodies and souls. they will meet and share with you what’s been on their minds – open, raw, honest, real, free of judgement, framing or censorship. 💡

Hammam is used in Arabic, Persian and Turkish and translates to “bath”. A public bath that women* (and men* separately) go to as a method of cleansing and relaxation. Additionally it was and still is a safer space for individuals to gather, talk, organise and gossip about various subjects.

We thought to bring the concept of “Hammam” or “Hamam” to the stage, open for the public and in the form of a women* talk show.

The show will be followed by an open discussion/ Q&A with the audience. So make sure you don‘t miss out!

The show is hosted by Rasha Hilwi and Abir Ghattas with our this month guest Kate Cheka!
