Der Workshop „Writing-in-Motion“ ist ein eintägiger Workshop, der junge, marginalisierte Menschen dazu motivieren und ermutigen soll, sich beim Schreiben frei auszudrücken.Der Workshop wird von erfahrenen Berliner Poetry Slammer*innen, Journalist*innen, Aktivist*innen, Comedians und kreativen Autor*innen geleitet.
Die Teilnehmer*innen können sich das Genre auswählen (Comedy, Poesie, Fiktion / Sachliteraturen) mit dem sie arbeiten wollen und werden von den erfahrenen Mentor*innen aus aller Welt, dabei begleitet.

„Writing-in-Motion“ is a series organized by Theater X / JugendtheaterBüro Berlin and the community group, Waive: WOC Artists/Academics/Activists in Vernacular Expression as a way to motivate and encourage individuals to freely express themselves, without judgement, through the varied forms of writing.
This workshop series seeks to support young/amateur writers and performers, strengthen our community, and establish a network of mentors and workshops.
-The workshop will be led by experienced Berlin-based poets, journalists, activists, comedians, and creative writers.
-Participants can choose the medium (comedy, poetry, fiction/non-fiction) with which they would like to work. These experienced mentors from all around the world will personally guide participants in writing techniques, forms, and performance styles.

Der Workshop findet statt im Rahmen des Durchstarten Projektes: „Fest-Geschrieben!?-Eine widerständige Schreibwerkstatt“. Dieser Workshop wird in Deutsch und Englisch stattfinden.
